Mr. Young has practiced for more than 40 years in the New Orleans area. He was born in Vero Beach, Florida and later graduated from Loyola Law School in New Orleans. His practice consists mainly of maritime cases, including Jones Act claims and General Maritime Law claims.

Mr. Young graduated cum laude from Tulane Law School in 1993. He is licensed to practice in both Louisiana and Texas, and he is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Louisiana Association of Trial Lawyers, including the Admiralty Sections of both Associations. Mr. Young has provided talks to lawyers in other states regarding the practice of maritime law. Mr. Young has successfully litigated a variety of claims including sexual harassment claims, premise liability claims, Jones Act and maritime claims and product liability claims.

Mrs. Klibert is a New Orleans area native and a 2003 graduate of Louisiana State University Law Center. Following law school, she served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Kay Bates of the 19th Judicial District Court in Baton Rouge, La and Judge F. Hugh Larose of the 17th Judicial District Court in Thibodaux, La. She is a member of local bar associations and the American Bar Association. Prior to attending law school, she earned a Master's degree in Health Promotion Studies from the University of New Orleans and is certified as a Health Education Specialist by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing.

Mr. MacFetters is a 2003 graduate of Loyola University New Orleans School of Law, where he was a member of Delta Theta Phi and worked to assist indigent clients with Kistachie Legal Services in Natchitoches, Louisiana. A New Orleans native, before joining The Young Firm Mr. MacFetters worked with the Louisiana Recovery Authority helping Louisianians affected by Hurricane Katrina rebuild their homes. He is a graduate of Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama, where he was active in student government, president of the English Society and wrote for the Springhillian newspaper, and of Jesuit High School in New Orleans.
